  • At least 1-2 years of working experiences in the related field
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • Able to formulate channel sales strategies and maintain existing relationships with modern stores, example: Guardian, Watsons, etc
  • Experience in Cosmetic, Skincare is an an advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, result-oriented, self motivation, able to work under pressure
  • Fluent English or Mandarin will be plus point
  • Willing to work in Mall Artha Gading

Job Descriptions:

  • Analyze and maintain target, and to prepare marketing strategy
  • Control, analyze and improve distribution quantity for each product
  • Control SDM performance and the store and give a direction by undertaking joint call with salesman
  • Decide each salesman strategy and motivate the team
  • Maintain and strengthen relationship with buyer
