Segera dibutuhkan. loker dengan sistem kontrak/temporer untuk posisi Mine Engineer di kantor Sinarmas Mining untuk domisili Kalimantan Timur atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah Pertambangan – Eksplorasi & Geosains (Pertambangan, Sumber Daya Alam & Energi) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang khusus terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Job Description(s):

  • Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility studies related to mining operations.

  • Analyze geological data and provide input for resource modeling and mine design.

  • Monitor and evaluate actual production against plans and recommend improvements.

  • Collaborate with geologists, surveyors, and operations teams to ensure plan execution.

  • Optimize equipment usage, haul roads, and pit layouts to enhance productivity and safety.

  • Ensure mine planning adheres to government regulations and company standards.

  • Prepare technical reports, maps, and production forecasts.

  • Participate in safety, environmental, and sustainability initiatives.

  • Support cost estimation and budgeting for mining projects.

Requirement(s):

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) from Mining Engineering or related major, with min. 2 years of working experiences.

  • Certified in Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) or higher (POM) is preferred.

  • Familiar with mine planning software such as Minescape, Surpac, Vulcan, or Datamine.

  • Strong understanding of mining methods, design principles, and operational logistics.

  • Proficient in using AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and mine planning software.

  • Knowledge of relevant mining laws and environmental regulations.

Sinarmas Mining is one of the world-largest natural resources based companies with operations in Indonesian archipelagos. Our subsidiaries in Coal Mining are Berau Coal Energy and Golden Energy Mines and some other mining companies. Currently we operate in three areas: South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, and Jambi. Currently, the Company sells coal to the Indonesian domestic market and export market in meeting customer needs which mainly consists of power plants, paper mills, cement and coal trading companies that purchase coal for resale. Most of coal sales company based on contract sales agreements of coal, with coal sales prices are negotiated and adjusted every year or shorter period of time based on coal quality and specification with reference to coal prices prevailing in the market.

The Company also operates coal trading business, where external coal purchases are carried out spot from various sources were for resale. Looking ahead, the trading business is intended also for the purpose of mixing the coal quality to get quality coal in accordance with the specific needs of customers who come from various target different market segments, both within and outside the country.
