Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

The Team:

Middle Office consists of control and operational functions such as Onboarding and KYC, account setup, ongoing monitoring, and serve as the gatekeepers for the Company.

Responsibilities:

You will be required to support the Company in various aspects of the Middle Office functions by rendering similar support to overseas subsidiaries, where required. You will need to communicate with overseas colleagues regularly, at least on a daily basis. You may be required to travel overseas for training purposes on a regular basis.

  1. Name screening and sanctions review
  2. Carry out name screening against sanction lists, adverse news and PEP for onboarding and periodic reviews;
  3. Ensure alerts are resolved timely and appropriately;
  4. Ensure completeness in housekeeping with respect to alert dismissals
  5. Escalate to relevant Onboarding or Compliance teams for further resolution, where necessary.
  6.  Account Static Data Servicing and Maintenance
  7. Responsible for customer-related static data set-up and maintenance on back office systems (e.g. change of address, commissions, etc.);
  8. Ensure proper audit trail, including approvals obtained before any changes are made;
  9. Timely updates to clients after changes are effected;
  10. Respond to internal and external requests on static data queries and clarifications in accordance with established SOPs.
  11. Report generation and data updates
  12. Ensuring relevant manual databases are accurately and timely maintained
  13. Data preparation for reporting purposes
  14. Any other ad-hoc tasks as required by the Company

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of a Diploma in Finance, Business, Accountancy or equivalent;
  2. Meticulous and resourceful, able to approach problems with different perspectives;
  3. Process-oriented with strong sense of urgency and accountability;
  4. Able to work well and uphold standards under strict timelines;
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and facilitation abilities;
  6. Able to work independently under minimal supervision;
  7. Familiarity with AML/KYC tools & due diligence processes is a bonus;
  8. Ability to read English and Chinese; ability to speak English is a requirement;
  9. Open to working shift hours if required (starting from as early as 6am)
