Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap calon pelamar sehingga kamu bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job description & requirements

About the Role

MEP Supervisor will be responsible for leading and supervise repair & maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

Organize and monitor daily work orders and ensure the work orders distributed evenly and effectively for MEP repair & maintenance team
Create and plan all MEP work
Making RAB and Timeline and making sure all maintenance programs and work orders are being executed within the timeline
Create technical SOP for every aspect of work and make sure all the projects are within the SOP
Monitor and control quality of maintenance program result
Make sure work equipment and materials meet the work orders and maintenance that are needed.
Evaluate the result of all works done by technicians in all areas.
Make reports according to all MEP repair & maintenance team work progress

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree from Engineering & equivalent
Min 5 years experience in MEP area and 1 years experience leading teams.
Have broad knowledge in MEP
Have strong leadership and negotiation skills
Have excellent knowledge on preparing reports, budgets, and RAB
Have excellent project management skills
Willing to work extra mile to solve issues
Familiar with software tools for provide the report such as Ms. Office (Word and excel) or google spreadsheet and google docs
