As a MEP Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, providing technical expertise, and collaborating with the project teams to ensure that all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installation meet the required regulations and specifications. This role will be based in Bali

Our client is a developer company with hospitality projects in Bali

Description

  • Conduct on-site inspection of MEP works to ensure compliance with approved plans, codes, and standards
  • Ensuring the contractors quality of works complies with the owner’s standards and the requirements of the contract documents including the specification and Shop Drawings
  • Liaising with the contractor’s supervisors
  • Monitoring the contractor’s schedule and sequence of work
  • Maintain detailed records of inspection findings, documenting any deviations from plans or specifications and provide weekly reports

Profile

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP Supervisor, Site Inspector, or related roles with portfolio in Luxurious Hospitality or Building Projects
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment
  • Able to speak English
  • Willing to be placed in Bali
