Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative, Business Representative, or Sales field in a pharmaceutical company or supplementary products is a must
- Possess a competitive spirit and strong leadership skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with relevant parties
- Have an excellent interpersonal communication and persuasive skill
- Data-driven and target oriented mentality
Tasks & responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive product presentations to Healthcare Institutions (HCI) and Healthcare Professionals (HCP)
- Build and maintain good relationships with HCI and HCP as well as the Modern Market area in Semarang-Kudus
- Create and organize training events and other health-related events related to the product
- Implement sales strategies to achieve predefined targets
- Prepare regular reports on visits, sales developments, and marketing outcomes
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and evaluate performance
- Participate in health-related events related to the product market to understand competitors and build networks
