Purpose of the Role: 
To drive business growth in the dermatology sector by promoting and selling pharmaceutical products, building strong relationships with key HCPs, and delivering sales results that meet or exceed targets.

Expectations of the Role:

• Promote and sell products to specialists, doctors, government and private hospitals, general practitioners, and other medical professionals as specified.

• Meet or exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual targets within a designated territory.

• Develop new customer relationships, expand the existing customer base, and enhance market share for key brands.

• Implement company business plans and marketing strategies while maintaining professional conduct to uphold the company’s reputation.

Attributes Required:

Must Have:

• Strong relationship with key dermatological HCPs especially dermatologists and key decision makers in driving purchase orders is essential

• Proven sales track record is essential

• Experience in dealing with health professionals and understanding of medical professionals, private and government hospital business processes and how to achieve required growth is essential

• Two years’ experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry with consumer health products will be an added advantage

• Required Skill(s): Marketing, Presentation, Sales, Product Knowledge

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in any field

• Willing to be placed in Jakarta
