Job Description :

• Responsible for and carrying out the process of providing medical and ancillary services to patients, including monitoring general services for hospital visitors.
• Carry out the main duties and responsibilities of the Medical and Ancillary Services Manager as well as various activities that have been delegated by the Directors in accordance with established procedures.
• Plan, coordinate, monitor and evaluate the medical and ancillary service process to ensure the fulfillment of service needs in all units by considering aspects of efficiency and quality standards in accordance with the strategic plan.
• Responsible for the functions and achievements of the medical and ancillary unit at hospital, this includes planning, implementing, and evaluating the work program of the medical service and ancillary unit, including supporting superior services and other medical services.
• Collaborate in management to manage efficiency, provide leadership capabilities for professional medical and ancillary personnel for excellence in the delivery of health services, carry out development and evaluation of professional human resources, and include recruitment, orientation, and comprehensive supervision.
• Collaborates with Nursing Manager and others to ensure compliance with organizational, professional, and accreditation standards and government laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with professional colleagues and health workers and other supporting staff, Committees and Committees, to strive to provide the best medical and ancillary services.
• Supervise all forms of service activities running in the unit/department with the aim of providing the best service for patients, specialist, and other medical personnel, as well as related parties.
• Create and implement related reports. Other activities required to support hospital medical and ancillary service activities.

Requirements:

• Medical Profession (MD), preferably having completed Masters education with relevant major (MARS/M.Kes/others).
• Having experience as a Medical and or/ Ancillary Services Manager for 3 years in a Hospital.
• Having educational expertise/Training Certificate in the field of Medical/Ancillary/Hospital Management.
• It is preferred to have strong experience in handling Hospital Accreditation / JCI.
• Has a good leadership spirit and is experienced in developing human resources in hospital operations.
• Having effective communication skills and provide excellent service, master medical service management.
• Preferably fluent in English (a plus).
• Placement for RS Lira Medika Canggu, Bali.
