Requirements :

• Education: Min bachelor’s diploma or bachelor degree in any major (preferable from Visual Communications, Communications, Graphic Design, Architecture backgrounds)
• Experience: Design Software (Adobe Collections, Sketch Up, Autocad optional), Understand web design
• Willing to work in Head Office (Cibitung)

Main Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop engaging and compelling content, including written articles, blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, and other multimedia assets related to the steel industry. Collaborate with related teams to align content with the corporate brand guidelines and target audience preferences, either internally or externally.

• Social Media Management: supporting the company’s presence across social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Create, design and curate relevant and engaging content, schedule posts, monitor interactions, and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.

• Website Management: Assist in managing and updating the company website, ensuring that content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.

• Digital Advertising: Support the development and execution of digital advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive website traffic. Coordinate with external agencies, monitor campaign performance, and provide insights to optimize targeting, messaging, and budget allocation.

• Branding and Design: will be responsible for non-production exterior building planning design, interior planning design, 2D and 3D furniture designs, plaque design for souvenirs, design for the exhibition booth, layout design for internal and external events, design of posters, flyers, banners, and event backdrops, editing photos and documents, as well as ensuring the backup of photos and videos taken during internal and external events.
