Mechatronic Engineer

As a Mechatronic Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the design, development, operation, and maintenance of integrated mechanical and electronic systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Maintenance, and Quality) to ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and support process improvements in automation and equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, assembly, and testing of mechatronic systems, machinery, or automation equipment

  • Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and control system issues

  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production equipment

  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to optimize system performance and efficiency

  • Document technical procedures, test reports, and maintenance logs

  • Assist in integrating sensors, actuators, PLCs, robotic systems, and SCADA systems into production processes

  • Monitor, analyze, and improve system performance through SCADA visualization and data acquisition

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, productivity, and safety

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field

  • 0–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are welcome)

  • Familiar with PLC programming, robotics, SCADA, or control systems (e.g., Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi) is a plus

  • Knowledge of SCADA software is an advantage

  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical diagrams

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
