We are looking for HVAC Mechanical Technician for our data center company located in Setiabudi, South Jakarta.

Job Description:

As a Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various mechanical systems and equipment. Your expertise will encompass HVAC systems, cooling equipment, and plumbing systems, among others. We need someone with a strong understanding of mechanical systems who can quickly troubleshoot and diagnose issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the installation, maintenance, and modification of critical mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring adherence to change management procedures and timelines to maintain optimal equipment availability for the data center’s operation.
2. Perform preventive maintenance and conduct subassembly repairs on critical mechanical systems and equipment in compliance with relevant procedures, ensuring maximum uptime and availability of the data center’s infrastructure.
3. Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact the performance and efficiency of critical mechanical systems and equipment in the data center, ensuring continuous operations and optimal uptime.
4. Manage the staging room for mechanical equipment and systems, ensuring timely and efficient deployment and installation.
5. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure safe working practices when handling mechanical components and systems.
6. Collaborate closely with IT staff and other cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure maximum uptime and optimal performance of the data center’s critical infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, cooling equipment, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications or technical training is a plus.
• Adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
