Responsibilities:

·       Supervise and control the repair activities for units experiencing breakdowns.

·       Report units that are damaged or experiencing breakdowns.

·       Refer to the superior regarding the repair and maintenance budget for all production units owned by the company, following the schedule for each asset/equipment.

·       Ensure proper execution of unit/equipment maintenance and the efficient utilization of spare parts for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance or repair activities

·       Execute and monitor the analysis of spare parts and tools required for mechanic repairs.

·       Assign task based on available manpower and needs according to the level of urgency.

·       Implement and evaluate the standard operational procedures, monthly report, and KPIs to ensure smooth operations.

·       Responsible for maintaining work performance, discipline, attendance ratio, and the development of subordinates, as well as actively participating in employee development programs.

·       Ensure that Safety, Health, Work and Environmental procedures are implemented within the work environment

Requirements:

·       Min. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

·       Min. 3-4 years of experience in the same field.

·       Strong mechanical engineering knowledge.

·       Comprehensive understanding of mechanical safety standards and regulatory compliance.

·       Certified in POP (have POM will be advantage)

·       Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to be placed at our site project (Tabang, East Kalimantan Area)
