We are looking for a qualified and highly motivated person with a high commitment to be placed in our new factory in Mempawah – West Kalimantan (Pelabuhan Internasional Kijing) as Mechanical Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and control the preventive and corrective maintenance, spare parts, tools, equipment tests’ consumables and other materials required for maintenance repair or modification works.
- Organizes and provides necessary supports to his subordinates to ensure that all work schedule and quality will meet with company standard.
- Monitors and control all maintenance machineries and oil boilers which have to running smoothly to achieve better lifetime and production yield.
- To achieve a solid team so that the production target can be achieved successfully.
- To coordinate frequently with production department also the Maintenance team in maintenance or repair schedule and production schedule can be properly harmonized.
- To ensure that the selection of plant equipment and the repair are comply with engineering standard and safe for operation.
Requirement:
- University Degree in any field, preferable from Machine and Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Ms. Excel, Power Point and Internet.
- Willing to be placed in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the same field.
- Preferably experienced in manufacturing company in Palm Oil Industry (bulk oil), Chemical, and Power Plant.
- Good command in English both conversation and written.
