Job Description:

• Supervise in preparing Inspection & Test Plan / Inspection Test Report (ITP/ITR)

• Interact with customer QA/QC personnel for the smooth implementation of QA/QC activities and job acceptance

• Review & check mechanical drawings particularly piping, tanks, boilers, heat exchangers, pumps, fans, compressors and other mechanical equipment prior to installation

• Supervise in performing materials inspection like pipes and steel plates, bolts, nuts and others and see to it the engineering specification according to design standard is complied

• Supervise in preparing inspection Test pack for any mechanical equipment or systems

• Attend and witness FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), generate punch list and follow up the same for rectification or correction

• Attend and witness SAT (Site Acceptance Test), generate punch list and follow up the same until correction is done

• Responsible for the collection of material or mill certificates, final signed documentation related to QA/QC related to mechanical equipment like MDR (Manufacturing Data Report)

• Coordinates with engineering , construction and commissioning team

• Performs other functions as instructed by immediate superior or top management

Requirements :

• Minimal Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• Experience Minimal 5 years in similar capacity

• Prefer to have Certificate of Safety Training in Construction and Commissioning, Welding and NDE

• Preferably fluent in English both oral and written

• High loyalty, nimble, ductile, independent and hard worker

• Placement in BSD, Tangerang Selatan

• Can join ASAP
