Job Purpose : 

Mechanical Maintenance Manager is responsible to assist Plant Manager in planning, directing and managing, in line with strategic directions of the CFPP Business Plan, the Mechanical Maintenance Department activities in providing supports required to the Operations of CFPP in a safe, efficient and effective manner in order to achieve high levels of plant operating performance.

Responsibility:

• To manage the maintenance and reliability activities are executed in accordance to maintenance procedure and by the most cost-efficient means.
• To lead mechanical team for boiler and turbine maintenance activities
• To assist plant Manager to meet the technical and commercial target of the Power Plant.
• To provide maintenance engineering supports, solutions and execution and guide engineering team in order to improve plant performance.
• To manage overall day to day and outage maintenance tasks (Preventive and Predictive Maintenance) in order to maintain equipment integrity.
• To liaise with external parties (inclusive of EPC, OEM and contractor) to ensure maintenance activities are supported with the correct tools, equipment, resources and procedures.
• To review spare part management system and ensure optimize spare parts and consumables holdings for the area of responsibility.
• Ensure effective implementation of Reliability program, and utilization and execution of maintenance tools such as RCM, RCA and IR/CAR.
• To assist the maintenance team for yearly budge preparation.
• To maintain a high safety and quality conscious working environment, and ensure compliance with all HSE and legislative Health & Safety and Environmental requirements.
• To assist in project and development matters.
• Maintain good communications and relationships with local authorities.

Job Requirements:

• S1 Mechanical Engineering
• Must have at least 10 – 15 years maintenance working experience in coal fired power plant (Experience in CFBC Boiler will be more advantage)
• In-depth knowledge of rules, standards, regulations and procedures related to Power sector.
• Substantial knowledge in maintenance techniques of the various Power Plant equipment.
• Knowledgeable in quality, safety and health, and environmental management system.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
• Strong leadership, planning and decision making skill.
• Good communication and presentation skill.
• Strong in RCA skill.

• Maximum 35 – 40 years old.
• Fluent in English Knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter with technical, personal initiative, and result oriented.
• Quality focus driven by standard and procedure compliance.
• Ability to work effectively and productively within a diverse team.
• Enthusiastic and hard worker, attractive personality and good interpersonal skill.
• Proficiency in English both written and communication.
• Willing to stay in Banten.
• Placement at Plantsite – Merak
