Lowongan Kerja Jakarta Timur Posisi Mechanical Engineering di PT Memiontec Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Mechanical Design of Water, Wastewater Treatment plant
• Read the contract and able to highlight the important point and find out the technical risk involved in the contract
• Able to prepare P&ID, layout and Hydraulic profile drawing.
• Prepare Mechanical Shop drawing from P&ID and General Layout drawing.
• Able to understand and develop hydraulic profile of the plant.
• Able to calculate the Pressure loss for rotary equipment like Pumps, blowers etc. Also, able to calculate the static equipment like tank weightage, and dimension calculation.
• Should have knowledge about the design standards of mechanical equipment and able to apply the correct standard for each equipment
• Should able to develop Piping BOQ and Isometric drawing with routing including the requirement of support structure.
• Preparation of detailed Mechanical BOQ with specification for Material Purchase
• Preparation of detailed Piping, valves, fittings and support structure BOQ for material purchase
• Support proposal team for offer preparation whenever required.
• Evaluation of equipment offer from vendor and selection of the better one based on technical and commercial compliance.
• Guidance to drafting designer for the preparation of drawings like P&ID, flow diagram, Hydraulic diagram and Shop drawing.
• Able to discuss with Client and Consultant for the approval of documents.
• Review the engineering documents to ensure the correctness during execution stage
• Discussion with vendor during ordering stage and clearance to procurement team for ordering.
• Able to Plan and committed to meet project schedule, budget, quality and safety targets.
• Preparation of commissioning manual Operation Manual.
• Support during pre-commissioning and commissioning stage and resolve the technical issues coordination with client and consultant

Requirements:

• Recognized Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10-12 years relevant working experience, preferably in Water & Waste Water industries as mechanical design engineer
• Ability to work independently yet co-ordinates and teamwork seamlessly with other departments, works well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Highly motivated, driven by excellence and having an eye for details.
• Able to take on numerous challenging tasks while simultaneously meeting high standards and deadlines / vision.
• A resourceful self-starter who possess excellent problem solving skills and negotiation skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English at all levels, both verbally and in written reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Design and Drawing Softwares on Mechanical Design.
