Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Mechanical Engineer di tempat usaha PT Dalzon Chemicals Indonesia untuk daerah Jakarta Pusat & Cikarang dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang usaha kami inginkan adalah Teknik & Mekanikal serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun kualifikasi yang kami butuhkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a skilled mechanical engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for working on all stages of our machineries cycles, proper operation and preventive maintenance of all equipment with the highest standards of the industry.

Responsible for the day-to-day execution of repair and preventive activities in the plant.

Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities:

Designing, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfill requirements.
Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.
Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate machines designs.
Lead a team of Mechanical Supervisors and contractors in performing all the plant inspection, and modification works to ensure work is carried out timely, safely, and with good preventive maintenance practices with no disruption to plant operations.
Coordinate with plant operators and other maintenance groups in the execution of plant modification works with no compromise to the safety of workers and integrity of facilities.
Conduct and arrange training for staff and contractors to enhance their skill and competency levels.
Creating plans and designs using CAD technology.
Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project and daily preventive maintenance with the proven SOP.
Writing technical documentation for machine operators.
Ensuring that machines meet compliance regulations.
Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of inspection records and reports in the Data Management System.

Mechanical Engineer Requirements:

Min. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
Licensed as a professional mechanical engineer.
5 years of experience working in the mechanical engineering within the chemical manufacturing industry.
Superior computer skills, with solid experience in CAD, CAM, and Matlab/LabView programs.
Ability to run simulations and analyze test data.
Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
Essential prerequisites include highly analytical & problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate with staff in different functions & contractors, and a strong spirit of collaboration & teamwork.
Domiciled in Bekasi or Cikarang is preferred.
