Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics Education, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

  • Willing not to smoke, in excellent physical and mental health.

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, for teaching purposes.

  • Preferred candidates are those with teaching experience in Olympiad preparation, Cambridge curriculum, or UTBK-SNBT.

  • Demonstrates a passion for teaching and contributing to students’ development, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Has a good personality, high social awareness, and a strong spirit of collaboration.

  • Proactive in utilizing technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance. learning outcomes.

  • Committed to continuous personal and professional development with a growth-oriented mindset.

  • Able to manage classroom dynamics effectively and create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Job Description :

  • Delivering lessons in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology creatively, interactively, and aligned with international and competitive curricula, such as Olympiad preparation, Cambridge, or UTBK-SNBT.

  • Assisting students in understanding mathematical concepts through practical and applicable approaches.

  • Developing and implementing innovative teaching strategies to boost students’ motivation and learning outcomes.

  • Designing and evaluating student assessments and assignments according to international standards.

  • Providing constructive feedback and additional support for students who need guidance.

  • Regularly assessing student progress and collaborating with teaching colleagues to enhance teaching methods.

  • Participating in curriculum development and various school activities, including extracurricular programs.

  • Utilizing educational technology and digital resources to support the learning process.
