1. Controlling all JO’s Material / Equipment including assets
2. Identifying demand Material / Equipment and planning procurement for the project through coordination with construction department and management and plan material / equipment plan
3. Ensuring all purchases are delivered and stored properly through coordination with QS department and QC department
4. Ensuring all inventory is under control
5. Updating Material / Equipment plan through coordination with Planning department
6. Checking inventory periodically, Monitoring inventory levels regulary and anticipate demand to avoid stockouts & overstock situation
7. Work closely with operation & project teams to understand material and equipment requirements
8. Coordinate with procurement department upon material purchasing
9. Lead & coordinate in in land transportation arrival schedule, freight forwarder to any storage, loading unloading, from ship to lay down area

Requirement

1. Experience as a Material / Equipment Control Manager min 5 years
2. Bachelor degree from reputable university
3. Deeply understand FIFO and Inventory method
4. Good comunication in english
5. Have a good leadershift
6. Understand about Custom/Port Permission
7. Willing to be placed at Subang Patimban
8. Familiar working with Japanese & other foreigner
