Position Overview: As a Mat Pilates and Reformer Instructor, you will lead engaging and effective classes for clients of all levels. Utilizing your expertise in Pilates principles and techniques, you will create challenging yet accessible workouts that cater to individual needs and goals. Through your guidance and encouragement, clients will improve strength, flexibility, posture, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Mat Pilates and Reformer classes with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise.
• Provide clear and concise instructions, demonstrations, and corrections to ensure proper form and technique.
• Modify exercises as needed to accommodate different fitness levels, abilities, and injuries.
• Motivate and inspire members to push past their limits and achieve their fitness objectives.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment where members feel empowered and valued.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Mat Pilates and Reformer instruction from a recognized training program.
• Previous teaching experience in a group fitness setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise physiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and class formats.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
