Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and creative Marketing and Advertising Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and brand awareness. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle all aspects of marketing, from planning and advertisement campaign creation to social media management and local advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to attract new customers and increase brand visibility.
  • Generate innovative ideas to improve customer engagement and drive sales.
• Ad Management:
  • Handle all aspects of Meta Ads management (Facebook/Instagram), including campaign creation, targeting, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, focusing on effective strategies, keyword research, audience targeting, and budget management.
  • Regularly monitor and adjust campaigns to ensure optimal performance and return on investment.
• Digital and Local Marketing Campaigns:
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media and search engines.
  • Plan and execute local marketing initiatives such as flyers, billboards, and other forms of physical advertising.
• Social Media Management:
  • Manage the scheduling and posting of content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
  • Coordinate with our content creator(s) to develop creative ideas and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• On and Off-Page SEO (Bonus but not mandatory):
  • Optimize website content for search engines, including keyword research, meta tags, and internal linking.
  • Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies such as backlink building and content promotion to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze campaign performance data and generate reports to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve existing marketing efforts.
• Staying Current:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts are innovative and effective.
  • Continuously explore new tools and technologies to enhance marketing performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing and advertising, with a strong understanding of both digital and local marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in creating and managing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a focus on effective targeting and budget management.
• Strong social media management skills, including content planning, posting, and engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
• Solid understanding of on and off-page SEO principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a knack for generating new ideas and solutions.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve marketing performance.
