Job Vacancy: Marketing Staff for FO and FTTH Products (Full-Time, On-site)
Location: Ruko Puri Mansion, West Jakarta
Job Description:
We are one of the leading manufacturers in the telecommunications sector, currently seeking Marketing/Sales Staff for FO (Fiber Optic) and FTTH (Fiber To The Home) products to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position. Responsibilities include direct customer interaction, tender preparation, business development, and executing marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience in sales, marketing, and business development, along with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Understand and ensure smooth execution of the sales business process according to the defined pipeline.
Develop work plans from sales planning to target achievement.
Monitor monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Communicate, present, and negotiate effectively with customers regarding offered and needed products.
Develop sales strategies and new business opportunities aligned with customer needs.
Source potential customers via websites or other channels.
Contact leads obtained from websites or other sources.
Respond promptly to customer complaints via WhatsApp or email.
Schedule and conduct introductory meetings.
Prepare quotations according to client requests.
Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) meetings with the technical team.
Build and maintain good business relationships with customers.
Ensure customer payments follow agreed terms.
Prepare and submit weekly work reports regularly to respective assistants.
Qualifications:
Male or Female, aged 25-35 years
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Telecommunications, Management, Business, or related fields
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development
Previous experience working in telecommunications or ISP companies is a plus
Knowledgeable about FO and FTTH products
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy, target-oriented
Able to manage the pitch/proposal process from start to finish
Experience in market research and root cause analysis
Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
Willing and comfortable to work on-site at Ruko Puri Mansion, West Jakarta
