Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness. This individual will be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns: – Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising. – Collaborate with the internal & external team to establish campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and promotional tactics. – Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make recommendations for optimization.
2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis: – Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and customer insights. – Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and behavior. – Perform competitive analysis to benchmark our products/services against competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.
3. Content & Messaging for Brand management: – Align with the brand guideline to develop engaging marketing content, including newsletter, social media posts, and promotional materials. – Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. – Collaborate with designers, writers, and agencies to produce high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines.
4. Activities & Metrics: – Manage digital marketing campaigns, including always on programmatic, SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing. – Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, Share of Voice from assigned business unit, Monthly active user and marketing influence pipeline. – Utilize analytics tools and platforms to gain insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
5. Cross-functional collaboration: – Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, sales, and creative, to align marketing efforts with business objectives. – Provide input and support for product launches, promotions, and events. – Coordinate with external partners, such as agencies and vendors, to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. – Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing for minimum 7 yrs experience – Strong knowledge of marketing principles, tactics, and best practices. – Excellent written and verbal communication skills. – Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. – Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. – Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. – Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. – Proficiency in using marketing tools, software, and platforms (e.g., marketo, Google Analytics, social media management tools) will be a plus.
