Lowongan Kerja Jakarta Barat Posisi Marketing Specialist di PT. DREAME TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA

This position will be responsible for the Marketing Specialist in Indonesia, which is part of the marketing department. This position needs to be responsible for the business docking of KOLs and KOCs, and has the ability to analyze sensitive data, optimize advertising, copywriting and expression, and also have rich knowledge and operation experience in bidding.

Responsibilities include:

1. Responsible for advertising copy editing, optimization, data analysis management, high agility to data changes, can find out the key to problems.
2. Responsible for the on-site and off-site ranking optimization of each platform, formulate and implement the optimization plan, improve the ranking, and continuously improve the optimization plan through data analysis.
3. According to the promotion plan and cost, carry out daily bidding management for the advertising on the platform, rational competition for keyword ranking, monitor and track from time to time, and provide corresponding data monitoring reports.

5. Responsible for off-site advertising (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google GDN, YouTube, etc.), through the analysis of products, audience characteristics, formulate advertising mechanisms and strategies, and execute the delivery according to the plan to achieve the performance goal.
6. Regularly sort out the delivery channels and data, cooperate with the company to adjust the management plan, and complete the departmental indicators and delivery summary reports.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the advertising industry with a proven track record of success
2. Responsible, good team spirit, proactive
3. Extensive experience in advertising platform and ad type operation
4. Fluent English and Indonesia in both written and verbal communications, English and Chinese is a plus.
5. Strong logical thinking, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Result-oriented, self-motivation, able to work under pressure.
7. Passionate, strong sense or teamwork.
