Job Responsibilities:

• Marketplace Marketing Solutions Seller Operations is responsible for empowering local small and medium sellers to uplift their business by adopting and maximizing the potential of Lazada Sponsored Solutions. We are looking for an individual who is customer-centric, driven, entrepreneurial, and loves working with teams to achieve ambitious goals. If you’re living by the quote of “If not now, when? • Understanding the local small and medium sellers’ commercial and marketing objectives, pain points, and opportunities.
• Monitoring the marketing performance of local small and medium sellers. Using data insights to strategize and nudge local small and medium sellers to adopt and effectively utilize their marketing spend to achieve their business objectives.
• Working closely with the BPOs (business process outsourcing) to support the local small and medium sellers in adopting and maximizing the Lazada Sponsored Solutions’ potential in achieving their business objectives.
• Communicate clear direction (including strategy and goals), lead and develop team members/BPO to succeed in their role and beyond.

Job Requirements :

• [3-4 years] working experience in sales, marketing or project management. Prior experience in Management Consulting, Telesales Management, eCommerce, eCommerce advertising, performance advertising, and digital marketing is a plus.
• Passionate about people or prior experience building, leading, and managing teams with a clear vision, goals, performance management, and continuous mentoring and coaching.
• Highly analytical and adept with numbers. Able to understand large sets of data, frame the analysis objectives, and spot actionable insights. Comfortable with analytics using Microsoft Excel and story-lining solutions using Microsoft PowerPoint. Proficiency in data queries such as SQL is a plus.
• Self-driven with excellent project management and coordination skills. Able to take ownership without close supervision and drive results in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Excellent communication, training capability and BPO management skills (including goal setting, performance management, and performance monitoring). Bi-lingual (local language) proficiency is a plus.
• Passionate in problem-solving and tenacious in supporting local clients to achieve their business objectives.
• An avid learner, comfortable with ambiguity and constantly evolving products and solutions to address customer needs.
