Our client Top Japanese Kaitenzushi Restaurant (conveyor belt sushi restauranat) in Japan, currently will developing branches in Indonesia and target to open more than 20 restaurants all around Indonesia in 5 years ahead and looking for Marketing Section Chief who will incharge in the daily working activities of the restaurant development in Indonesia, please kindly see below for the details:

JD:

→ Advertising

• Production and supervision of printed materials and amenities: Collaborate with design companies, etc., and comprehensively manage creations used in stores
• Event planning for events and special events: Create a mechanism that will lead to the customer’s motivation to visit the store (increase the number of purchases) and implement the event plan
• SNS-related operation and management: Cooperate with partner companies, etc., and send advertisements using SNS at various event such as new store openings and new product promotions.
• Analyze and respond to opinions/compliments received on SNS

→Marketing

• Marketing: Analyze store locations and locations to verify more effective and low-cost advertising activities
• Marketing: Analyze the number of products sold at each store and effectively provide information to each department within the company.
• Final determination of product naming: Mainly local products, even for products imported from Japan, if it is difficult for local people to understand, the name will be changed.
• Confirmation of the store name: Candidates for the name of the new store will be put forward and confirmed.

Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree from any major
• 4 years experience in Marketing with a relevant level in F&B Industry / Restaurant
• Communication ability, Analytical ability, thinking ability, judgment ability, IT technology, Creativity, and wider point of view.
• Good Command Of English
• Japanese ability will be an advantage
