We are Foreign Investor Company specialized in Core Network & Wireless Internet Solutions Provider. Located in South Jakarta, is looking for a qualified, highly self-motivated, carrier minded individual to fill following positions:

Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Brand Strategy: market segmentation, price positioning, marketing research, product positioning
• Develop and implement Marketing Plan and budget
• Plan and implement ATL and BTL activities: media communications, consumer promotion, PR (cooperation with ATL and BTL agencies)
• Analyzes current performance, trends, and market conditions
• Lead the development and implementation of the strategy to gain significant market share in this market segment
• Consistently delivering key objectives and targets (sales, market share, brand strength, profitability)
• Adjusting and refining plans based on results, market changes and competitive activities

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in Marketing Management/Brand Management/Strategy
• Understands the personal care industry and market trends well.
• Track record of breakthrough newsworthy campaigns, creativity, and innovative thinking.
• Ability to deliver effective business relations at all levels, internally and externally.
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing a plus
• Ability to seamlessly work cross-functionally
• Able to work independently as well as able to work with the team
• Good appearance, mature, highly self-motivated, ambitious, and well-organized with strong interpersonal skills
