Job Descriptions:

• Craft a marketing strategy plan and project review with an understanding of the Indonesian local market.
• You will be responsible for project management and project execution.
• You will be responsible for calculating project scope, maintaining schedules, maintaining costs, and controlling delivery quality, including detailed planning in the planning phase, monitoring project progress, and delivery during the implementation phase.
• You will be responsible for project compliance operations to ensure project delivery complies with the company’s relevant management systems and regulations.
• Identify and control project risks to minimize problems.
• Actively coordinate with relevant roles to ensure the project runs smoothly.

Job Requirements:

• Have at least a Bachelor’s degree or above with a major in marketing or related fields.
• Have at least 5+ years of experience in marketing planning or project management in the telecommunications industry.
• Proven ability to provide leadership to teams, including sub-contractors, and experience with performance management processes.
• Demonstrated capacity to provide leadership in the development and implementation of strategies to successfully deal with contemporary project issues.
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Can work under pressure and tight schedules.
• Able to communicate both written and orally in English; skill in Mandarin is a plus.
