Assist the marketing team in executing and optimizing various marketing campaigns and initiatives. 

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of marketing operations, horticulture industry, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Execution Support:
   • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for horticulture products.
   • Assist with the development of marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, and email newsletters.
   • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns across different channels (digital, social, print, etc.).
   • Monitor the performance of ongoing campaigns and provide actionable insights.
2. Project Coordination:
   • Manage timelines and ensure all projects are delivered on schedule.
   • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, product development) to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
   • Handle day-to-day project updates and provide necessary support to marketing managers.
3. Inventory and Budget Support:
   • Assist in tracking marketing budgets and ensuring that expenses are aligned with the plan.
   • Help with inventory management of marketing materials and promotional items, ensuring sufficient stock for campaigns.
4. Data Management and Reporting
   • Organize and analyze data related to marketing performance and sourcing activities.
   • Generate regular reports for management on campaign results, supplier performance, and inventory status.
5. Customer and Supplier Communication
   • Serve as a liaison between the company and customers/suppliers of department, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests.
   • Assist in resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, or promotional activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on fruits or agriculture.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with experience in marketing software (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, or analytics tools) and ERP system
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Knowledge of the fruits industry, consumer trends, and marketing best practices is a plus.

Work Environment & Requirements:

• Primarily office-based with occasional field visits to support marketing or sourcing activities.
• Work often involves meeting tight deadlines, especially during campaigns or peak sourcing periods.
• Occasional travel to supplier locations, trade shows, or marketing events.
