– Proven experience in sales and/or marketing  or other relevant roles to the position applied.

Job Type Full Time:

– Qualification Bachelor’s Degree within Marketing or related field; advance degree desirable

– Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the retail or health, clinic-chains industry. 
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Must be residing in Jakarta. 
– Drive car/ ride bike for work with valid license is preferable to increase mobility. 
– Benefit Range (Variantion depends on credetials, qualifications and performance; Monthly benefit consists of main salary, transport, parking, BPJS, and additional 3-monthly performance incentive) : Training Period 1 month (IDR 7 mio);  Probation 6 months (IDR 10 – 12 mios/month), Full time (IDR 15 – 18 mios/month).

About the job:
Responsible for performance and target achievement of Analog and Digital Marketing Dept.

Responsibilities:
1. Increase Clinic Sales with various direct and digital marketing strategies. 
2. Digital Management: Search Engine, Website & Social Media Management (Copywriting, content, copywriting)
3. Data analytics : market research, competition, digital analytics
4. PR & corporate communications
5. Manage offline event & Promotion (exhibition, health talks, in-clinic promo).
