Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

JOB DESCRIPTION Your job scope will include but not limited to the following: –BRAND MANAGEMENT

  • To establish a brand strategy for the overall branding of the Company’s brands, ensuring healthy sales performance of each brand that will eventually achieve the Company’s sales target and objectives and support positive business growth.
  • To manage marketing communication, communicating brand’s messaging and value propositions to customers and media.
  • To plan and execute public relations activities to get media write-ups on Company’s brand and products.
  • To create a strong brand image and to increase the product’s perceived value to the customer and thereby increase brand equity.
  • Conduct market research and analysis required for decision support relating to target markets and competitive positioning.
  • Ensure execution of marketing programs is according to the guiding principles of the brand strategy.

MARKETING MANAGEMENT

  • Planning of marketing calendar and media plan and responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and organize events and functions to achieve Company’s sales targets.
  • Identify potential third party for synergistic tie-ups that would enhance brand positioning of the company. 
  • Prepare and execute all marketing proposals and post-event evaluation, to evaluate effectiveness of activities.
  • To create premiums to help increase demand for Company’s brand and/or products.
  • Develop CRM initiatives for key launches and explore opportunities to reach out to new customers through use of third party databases.
  • Enhance service offering through regular competitive analysis, market intelligence, market research, value-positioning and customer feedback.
  • To plan and co-ordinate with Graphic Designer to produce communication collaterals on Company’s brand and products such as brochures, POP, display merchandising.
  • Prepare sell-in letters for promotional activities and review all purchase orders of module stock propose.
  • Provide statistical data input for annual store presentation kit and budgeting process.
  • Liaising with media with regards to Advertisement/Publications issues.
  • Monitoring and compiling monthly competitor activities.

COST MANAGEMENT

  • Provide monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting to Principals.
  • Analysis of reports and variances and preparation of annual sales budget and forecasts.
  • Administrate, review and control brand’s A&P expenses including monitoring its Net Operating Profit.
  • Managing inventory to minimize excess and obsolescence risks.
  • Develop promotional master plan and ensure timely procurement of promotional reserves.
  • Responsible for planning and logistics of gifts, samples and testers to retail stores accordingly to promotional usage.

FORECASTING & PRICING

  • To work closely with Sales & Marketing Manager to forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and marketing programs.
  • Provide comparative sell-thru study for new product forecasting;
  • Recommend and suggest pricing of new products and analysis competitor’s pricing and action as well as planning for counter action where necessary;

TRAINING

  • To ensure proper conduct and organize monthly product knowledge and soft skills training for all promoters.
  • To develop a training curriculum to ensure operational readiness.
  • To ensure all training materials and quality training programs using different methodologies and environments is in place to ensure the successful transfer of the necessary skills and knowledge and meet learning objectives; To package best practices into training programs
  • Analyze the effectiveness of training through feedback and evaluation from call monitoring, thereafter determine appropriate actions are taken to ensure standards are kept.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication on all matters pertaining to training and operational matters.
  • Responsible for assessing and developing promoter’s capabilities to meet the Company’s sales goals and objectives.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  •   Shall work in the achievement of perfumeries retail excellence goals by building goodwill with the Trade partners.

SALES ACHIEVEMENT and EXPENSE CONTROL

  •   Shall plan the sales target for each brand assigned in units and values.
  •   Shall monitor and achieve monthly retail sales budget per store for all brands listed in the store. 

MERCHANDISING and INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

  • Shall maintain Company objectives by ensuring products are fully stocked (makes certain adequate and efficient stock level at all times). Adheres to compliance on per brand merchandising standard in line with Principals’ requirements.
  • Responsible and accountable for ordering the correct volume and mix of product to service the outlets under my supervision to the agreed company targets and strategies.
  • Responsible in processing and meeting sell in goal in value and quantity on a quarterly/ monthly basis.

ADMINISTRATION and REPORTING

  • Shall abide in the submission of complete, accurate and timely documentation, such as purchase orders, pull-outs, inventory report if needed, attendance sheets, expenses reports.

MARKET MONITORING

  • Monitors competitors’ activities and provide regular feedback on market intelligence
  • Conducts weekly store visits.

OTHERS

  • Undertake additional tasks, job assignments, projects and responsibilities as may be

Requirements

  • Age 26-35 years
  • Have experience 1 – 3 years in the field of Brand Executive
  • Education must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Adept at using computers (Word 7 Excel)
  • Well groomed, Fluently communicate in English, Dynamic personality
  • Initiative and good communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure
