Jobdesc:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets, including market analysis, brand promotion, customer relationship management, etc., to achieve the company’s business goals and growth.
• Lead and motivate the marketing team to ensure the effective implementation of marketing plans and achieve predetermined goals.
• Responsible for overseeing all sales activities related to photobooth.
• Manage marketing budgets, optimize resource allocation, and improve the ROI of marketing activities.
• Analyze young market trends lifestyle and consumer behaviour, and constantly adjust marketing strategies to respond to market changes.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with external partners, including media, advertising agencies and other partners.
• Helping the company to expand their market in Indonesia and globally.
• Understand marketing strategy of fashion retail, event and photobooth.
• Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs – Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities – Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.

Qualification:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in any major.
• Have deep marketing knowledge and successful cases, and be able to independently develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership skills, able to motivate team members to achieve optimal performance.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work across departments and effectively promote projects.
• Be sensitive to data and be able to use market data to guide the decision-making process.
• Maintain a positive and flexible working attitude in a fast-paced and ever-changing market environment.
• Experience managing a brand photobooth will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken is a must.
