About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Marketing to join our growing team at PT Hookah Place Partnership, a dynamic business based in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career progression. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our marketing strategy and driving brand awareness and customer engagement across multiple channels.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement an integrated marketing plan to support the company’s overall business objectives

• Oversee and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, advertising, and events

• Manage and optimise the company’s online presence, including website, social media, and other digital platforms

• Analyse market trends and customer data to identify opportunities and inform marketing decisions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning

• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement

• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful delivery of marketing objectives

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the hospitality or consumer goods industry

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels

• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to measure and report on the impact of marketing activities

• Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies

• Proficient in the use of digital marketing tools and technologies, including social media, email marketing, and web analytics

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Ability to lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship and guidance as needed
