Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 15.000.000 - Rp 20.000.000.

About the Role

PT Hejaz Financial Services has a clear vision to continue to grow and provide high quality services to its clients. With our rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our highly supportive team at our Jakarta office located in Gowork Sampoerna Strategic Square on Jalan Jenral Sudirman, Jakarta Selatan.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and supervising a small team, the Marketing Manager will support Hejaz’s business growth through the development and execution of brand, content and product marketing strategies and initiatives.

This role is for a senior marketing professional who has proven experience in creating and executing effective marketing strategies and campaigns that promote business brand, expand client base, and maximise client engagement.

Main Responsibilities

  • In line with business growth priorities, create and lead the execution of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across all our businesses.
  • Provide strategic insight and input into key product strategies and propositions.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to deliver on the integrated marketing strategies.
  • Work with internal team and external agencies to review and improve strategies and plans to maximise ROI from marketing activities, campaigns, and projects.
  • Manage the development of measures of campaign success, the ongoing tracking and reporting and the completion of post implementation reviews.
  • Draw on project management knowledge and experience, lead the marketing team to complete priority projects from start to end within budget and timeframes.
  • Determine content needs by segment, market, topic through a wide range of research and insight generation methods.
  • Work with the marketing team and agency partners to determine a channel amplification strategy to maximise ROI of every piece of content.
  • Manage the development and implementation of marketing assets ensuring brand positioning and key messaging are consistent across all channels. 
  • Analyse our brand positioning and ensure our brand is consistently communicated across all channels.
  • Implement strategies to drive client engagement and conversion.
  • Lead in monitoring and analysing campaign performance using various analytics tools and providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and achieve lead generation goals.

Minimum Requirements 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in similar roles creating and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEM, SEO, content marketing, and events.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing external focused communications strategies and content.
  • Excellent written and professional verbal communication skills in English with the ability to articulate sophisticated concepts in a simple way.
  • Demonstrated strength in project management and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proven track record of building high-performing campaigns.
  • Commercial acumen and strong analytical capabilities for ROI reporting.
  • Experience working with marketing agencies and suppliers.
  • Proven ability to problem solve and work under pressure.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Desirable Requirements

  • Good understanding of financial services and products highly regarded.
