At Happy Pet Indonesia, marketing is about understanding consumers and building awareness of how our products can play a role in their lives. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who’s eager to do this and more. The ideal candidate has experience in developing brands and executing marketing programs while managing and inspiring a team. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing to meet the changing needs of the market.

What you’ll be doing is:

• Establish and carry out creative yet effective marketing strategies that foster brand recognition and grow its presence in Indonesia.
• Create and put into action thorough marketing plans for our brand and products to increase brand performance, demand, market share, and consumer loyalty.
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful execution.
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities, and conduct an analysis of product distribution and consumer reactions.

• Having a background in FMCG is a MUST, and you have a strong track record in the same role.
• I enjoy communicating in English, both in speaking and writing, and I want to have exposure to working with different cultures from different countries.
• You have a strong and solid knowledge of marketing and brand building, yet you are hungry for more and want to advance your career.
• Open-minded character, self-motivated, have the ability to learn and enjoy building relations with others, and have excellent management and problem-solving skills.
