About the role

Bonana Coffee is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Batam, Kepulauan Riau. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for leading our marketing initiatives and driving the strategic growth of our brand within the local market. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our rapidly expanding coffee business.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote Bonana Coffee’s products and services

• Managing all aspects of our marketing campaigns, including advertising, social media, events, and public relations

• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure marketing activities align with and support the company’s overall business objectives

• Analysing market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities for growth

• Overseeing the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including website content, brochures, and promotional materials

• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement

• Managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality work

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the coffee or food and beverage industry

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies, including social media, SEO, and content creation

• Passion for the coffee industry and a deep understanding of consumer trends and preferences

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
