Pengalaman yang kita butuhkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
Adapun untuk syarat yang perusahaan butuhkan ialah min Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Menurut dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 30.000.000 - Rp 40.000.000.

Job description:
• Responsible for the sales activity to clients
• Understand Qualitative and Quantitative Research methods
• Responsible for preparation of Proposal, Quotation & timeline. Coordinate with internal team about Delivering Research Design and Methodological, Designing Questionnaire or Discussion Guide based on Client’s Objective.
• Administering the overall project from beginning to end, project coordination and implementation with research team
• Responsible for the achievement of monthly client projects, develop new project from new clients
• Develop business opportunities to solve the client’s problems
Essential requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Communication / Management / Economics / Public Relations.
• More than 5 years has work experience in Market Research Agency (senior level) or consulting company
• Have work permit in Indonesia and currently stay in Indonesia
• Good communication skill, open minded and salesperson skill
• Attention on detail and flexible on working time
• Highly motivated person
• Fluent written and spoken English and Japanese

• Be able to work under tight schedule
• Have long term commitment with the company
• Highly effective relationship building and relationship management skills
• Willing to create new business ideas
