• The Responsibilities of “Marketing Manager” will be:

  Implements Global marketing strategy locally in her/his responsibility area in line with the local market requirements

• Analyzes portfolio performance along key metrics, draw implications and develop recommendations based on key market trends
• Manages product group lines maintenance projects, conducts necessary products cost analysis and manages portfolio and cost optimization processes
• Develops product roadmaps and contributes across the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities

• Follow-up & analyze unit performance, define gaps, propose plans for these
• Gathers and analyzes information on competition, market trends, customer insights and price realization, takes necessary actions
• Plans/supports sector, segment and customer activities in his/her responsibility
• Monitors sales volume, turnover, profitability, market share, other related figures of his/her responsibility and takes required actions
• Develops new product ideas, prepares and executes launch plans for new products with appropriate product positioning, segment/cluster specific value propositions for designated areas and product ranges

• Experience &
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably from Business Administration, Engineering, Economics departments of reputable universities
• At least 4+ years of Marketing experience, preferably in a multinational company
• Marketing management experience in a multinational company is an asset
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Advanced in MS-Office applications
• Demonstrated flexibility to manage multiple tasks, solve problems and schedule work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
• Exhibits excellent communication skills and can work effectively at all levels, both internally and externally, strong team player, flexible and proactive
• Good knowledge of trade, economics & marketing techniques
• Enthusiastic and motivated to make a difference
