Job Overview:
As a Marketing Manager in our Creative & Marketing division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand. You will oversee all creative and marketing activities, both online and offline, to ensure consistent brand messaging and impactful campaigns. With a key focus on rebranding initiatives and enhancing brand awareness, you will lead the charge in making our retail footwear line a household name. This is a leadership role that demands creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

Holistic Marketing Oversight

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies covering online and offline channels.
• Align marketing initiatives with the company’s business goals and target audience.

Rebranding & Brand Awareness

• Lead rebranding initiatives to refresh and elevate the company’s image in the market.
• Develop and execute campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Campaign Development

• Plan and manage engaging marketing campaigns, including digital advertisements, social media content, and offline promotions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution.

Content Creation & Design

• Oversee the production of all creative assets, such as ads, promotional materials, and digital content.
• Ensure creative outputs are on-brand, innovative, and impactful.

Innovative Marketing Approaches

• Stay updated on market trends and implement new ideas for product promotion and audience engagement.
• Develop visual and narrative concepts that resonate with the target market.

Digital Marketing

• Manage social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and email marketing campaigns.
• Analyze digital performance data to optimize reach and engagement.

Offline Marketing & Events

• Plan and execute in-store promotions, product launches, and brand events.
• Build relationships with landlords, wholesalers, and event partners.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor the Creative & Marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and creative leadership, preferably in retail or fashion.
3. Proven expertise in leading rebranding projects and brand awareness campaigns.
4. Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, and performance analysis.
5. Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
6. A creative and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
7. Familiarity with retail or fashion footwear is highly advantageous.
