This position will assist the Marketing Manager with all matters and is part of the marketing department. This position requires certain experience in advertising, needs to assist KOLs and KOC business docking, analyze data according to the instructions of superiors, optimize advertising, copy modification or editing, etc., and also need to have certain knowledge and operation experience for bidding.

Responsibilities include:

1. According to the instructions of the superior, responsible for advertising copy editing, optimization, data analysis and management, and have the ability to find out the key to the problem and report it to the superior.
2. Assist in collecting and tracking the on-site and off-site ranking optimization of each platform, timely report the situation and implement the optimization plan arranged by the superior
3. Organize and provide daily, weekly and monthly report data, estimate and analyze monthly delivery data, make suggestions and report to superior.
4. According to the monthly superior indicators, find KOLs and KOCs that are suitable for product tonality & positioning, and report to the superior. After approval, we will conduct content marketing promotion with the corresponding KOLs and KOCs.
5. Responsible for assisting in monitoring off-site advertising (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google GDN, YouTube, etc.) and providing effective recommendations and reports.
6. Based on the function and media characteristics of the product, generate creative copywriting, video and other delivery materials, and continuously optimize the effect of creative materials.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the advertising industry with a proven track record of success
2. Responsible, good team spirit, proactive
3. Extensive in copywriting editing ability and creativity
4. Fluent English and Indonesia in both written and verbal communications, English and Chinese is a plus.
5. Strong logical thinking, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Result-oriented, self-motivation, able to work under pressure.
7. Passionate, strong sense or teamwork.
