MARKETING MANAGER

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who understands their roles and responsibility in implementing marketing campaigns to significantly contribute to revenue growth and brand building in the retail business.

Key Responsibilities

Someone proficient in Digital Marketing, Marketing Campaigns, and Channel Marketing.

• Deep understanding of the digital marketing platform.
• Eager to develop marketing campaigns to drive online and offline traffic
• Managing the budget for the marketing campaign
• Understand the customer loyalty program. 
• Deep understanding of the omnichannel strategy to support online and offline retail activities.
• Familiarity with content marketing and social media trends

An analytical thinker.

• Designing, managing, and evaluating marketing campaigns
• Performing market research to find new opportunities
• A person who loves data and uses it to finetune and personalise future marketing activities. 
• An analyser who likes to collect digital traffic, foot traffic, cart size, engagement metrics, brand awareness scale, and competitive insights and turn it into beneficial business planning.

Excellent communication skills.

• Collaborating with advertising and creative departments
• Ability to communicate effectively in coordination between inter-department planning, implementing and monitoring marketing activities.
• A good sense of persuasive communication to strengthen the external business partnership. 

Creativity is vital. 

• It requires an everyday role to supervise content that will support marketing objectives.
• Ability to raise awareness and generate demand for products and services creatively.
• Reviewing advertising material for print and digital media

Requirements

• Experienced in the retail industry is a plus point.
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, media production, or related field.
• Excellent in marketing campaign management. 
• Ability in partnership development with natural behaviour.
• Strong leadership qualities.
