At Samyama, we are looking for a full time Marketing “All-Rounder” to join our Operations Team.
This includes the management and execution of the marketing strategy, including content production, creation and implementation in branding and sales channels.
The right candidate will not only execute our marketing strategy and create the content using their photo/video editing and graphic design skills but also bring the content into our website and marketing applications, such as
- WordPress
- Meta (Instagram, Facebook and Whatsapp)
- Mailchimp
- Canva
- Adobe
- Google Apps (e.g. Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Adobe
- AI generation tools
Ideally, you have a solid understanding of digital Marketing (Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO) and are familiar with Affiliate/Influencer and Viral Marketing, allowing you to work together with other and extended team members to contribute to the bigger picture.
This role requires an eye for detail and love for appealing visuals, which are aligned with Samyama’s vision of spreading physical and mental wellbeing.
Samyama Mindfulness Bali is a retreat center and yoga school with a restaurant business in Mas, Ubud. We understand ourselves as a sanctuary for inner work, where people can explore the world of yoga and meditation in a range of safe, holistic services without any dogma.
As Marketing Manager the values of our business are expressed with care and proactive involvement. We provide an open, dynamic and international work environment to foster that. We also invest into the right person through dedicated onboarding and training processes. Each team member gets to participate for free in selected Samyama experiences (e.g. meditation retreat).
Requirements:
• You must live in/near Ubud and be able to work onsite.
• You must have excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written. Please do not consider to this position if you do not have this specific skill.
• You have experience in working in a similar industry (eg wellness, fitness, outdoor activities).
• You know how to use video and photo editing programs.
• You feel confident and up-to-date with technical applications and market trends.
• You know how to manage tasks and organize yourself to work towards milestones.
• You are familiar with productivity tools (e.g. Trello, Slack, Asana).
Job qualifications :
• You must have a bachelor degree or great eloquence in verbal and written English.
• You must have experience in Marketing Management for at least 2 years.
• You must have a great eye for details, do your own stories and capture and modify videos.
• You must have a good knowledge of most common marketing tools especially in relationship with social media: IG – FACEBOOK ads – Gojek ads and Grab ads.
• You must know how interact with website developers for WordPress updates.
