As a KOL Intern, you will be responsible for acquiring the best KOL/influencer talent available and working with them to create contents that will help thousands of people make the best choice for transforming their careers.

More specifically, you will:

• Research and identify potential KOLs/influencers across multiple digital platforms to build converting content.
• Negotiate and deal with KOLs/influencers to build a mutually beneficial collaboration
• Manage communications with KOLs/influencers to execute and build relationships across various campaigns
• Prepare assets needed for the content, such as briefs, scripts, images, and videos.
• Manage all administration related to the engagement with the KOLs/influencers
• Track and analyze the collaboration results
• Stay updated on social media trends to provide new and exciting content ideas.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills – confident and comfortable communicating with a wide range of people daily.
• Enthusiastic and knowledgeable in social media platforms and its trend, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Experience with online communication and collaboration tools, such as Zoom, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.
• Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and see them through to completion in a fast-paced environment
• Growth mindset – willingness to learn and improve. You are unhappy with business as usual; you are constantly looking at new opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your work and how things are done.
