Location: Tangerang (BSD)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

About the position

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Marketing Interns to join our team, specializing in either Brand Management or Digital Marketing. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities (Marketing Intern – Brand Management):

• Assist in managing consolidated internal feedback for monthly content creation with Maleo.
• Monitor owned social media to review comments, follow trends, and engage with both internal and external parties to discuss the way forward.
• Collaborate with agencies to curate relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and other digital personas for current and future campaigns.
• Actively engage celeb moms with brand messages and execute sample deliveries.
• Assist in scaling up the Ibu Hebat Blue Band community to achieve business KPIs.
• Help create content plans for the new brand Croma on social media for both Retail and Food Services (FS).

Key Responsibilities (Marketing Intern – Digital):

• Assist the brand team in core and/or product launch campaigns.
• Co-lead in planning, supervising, and executing beyond-the-line activities (for core and innovation).
• Develop POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and creative materials, including briefing and managing third parties.
• Execute, supervise, and analyze events, activations, and programs post-activity.

General Professional Skills & Experience:

• Enrolled in a reputable university with proven aptitude and intelligence.
• Must have no remaining classes to attend, with at least a 4-day work-from-office arrangement.
• Ability to drive projects independently with a proactive attitude.
• Digitally savvy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must meet the criteria to be a strong candidate for Upfield’s talent pipeline.
