Job Overview:

We are seeking a Global Marketing Staff member to join our team and play an essential role in driving the company’s growth and success. The Global Marketing Staff will be responsible for assisting in the development, execution, and measurement of global marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, social media, events, PR, and content marketing.

The Global Marketing Staff is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products or services on a global scale. This role will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams and local marketing teams to create effective campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be creative, and have a strong understanding of global markets and cultural differences. English language proficiency is a prerequisite, Mandarin language is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing global marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and brand vision.
2. Develop and implement global marketing execution plans that align with business goals and objectives.
3. Work closely with the global marketing team to execute marketing campaigns across various channels and markets.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
5. Assist in the creation of marketing content, including writing, editing, and proofreading of marketing collateral.
6. Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content
7. Support the development and management of social media channels, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
9. Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, including data analytics to produce data-driven decisions and optimizations.
10. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
11. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and techniques
12. Build relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
2. 2+ years of experience in global marketing
3. Strong communication and project management skills
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns
6. Familiarity with marketing automation tools, such as Hubspot, is a plus
7. Knowledge of international markets and cultural differences is a plus
8. Experience and knowledge in financial market space is a plus
