MARKETING EXECUTIVE 

 Job Type Full Time

• Qualification Bachelor’s Degree within Marketing or related field; advance degree desirable
• Experience 3 – 5 years
• Location Surabaya 
• Job Field Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development 
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the retail or health, clinic-chains industry. 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be residing in Surabaya. 
• Drive car/ ride bike for work with valid license is preferable to increase mobility. 
• Benefit Range (Variantion depends on credetials, qualifications and performance; Monthly benefit consists of main salary, transport, parking, BPJS, and additional 3-monthly performance incentive) : Training Period 1 month (IDR 5 mio);  Probation 6 months (IDR 7 – 9 mios/month), Full time (IDR 10 – 14 mios/month). 

About the job

• Responsible for performance and target achievement of 1 (one) designated Marketing Pillar, either  Roadshow & Exhibition; In-clinic Marketing; Digital Marketing;  or Corporate Health Talk & Affiliation. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve designated pillar’s  target Sales, New Patients, Convertion Rate and Cost per New patients. 
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various channels, corporate and private clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
• Track and report sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize marketing materials and campaigns.
• Monitor designated marketing pillar performance using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
