Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to assist Marketing Manager on developing, executing and monitoring marketing strategies for initiatives and sustainability marketing or GFG. We believe a successful candidate has brand communication skill, people person, strong ownership and eager to grow together by welcoming new challenges, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way.
1. Support Marketing Manager & Head of Marketing in planning and manage all marketing activities within budget guidelines and deadlines
2. Initiate & develop cross/multi vertical marketing campaigns to drive demand-gen activity as well as strengthen the brand imagery to hit company’s objectives
3. Develop GTM together with marketing support in order to execute marketing campaigns
4. Manage creative execution, “double-triple” checking the assets & output needed, proactively giving feedback, ensuring materials delivery in timely manners
5. Proactively be a custodian for responsible campaign to aligned with cross functional team (vertical marketing, campaign planner, PMO, creative, PR & social, owned & digital channel media team, DPMS, DPMS-Ops, marketing analytics, research, etc) to make sure smooth coordination, monitoring & deliverables in order to meet marketing objectives and gained insight & learnings that could be applied as improvement for the next campaign
6. Monitor & analyze campaign performance using available data provided by Marketing Analytics & channel team as well as able to catch up with current trends, competitive environment, storytelling, Brand Funnel & Brand Health Tracking data to connect all the dots becoming proper & useful insights
7. Manage the budget execution together with Marketing Support and budget controller
Requirement
1. Graduate Bachelor Degree of Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or relevant field
2. Min. 1 year working experience in marketing (open both that comes from “FMCG” or “Tech Start-Up” Company or Advertising Agencies)
3. Understand basic marketing skills & responsibilities
4. Has multi-tasking skills and organized, has good sense of ownership to meet the deadlines
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, Independent but also a good collaborator with a customer-oriented approach
6. Experienced working with large cross functional teams
7. Able to think creatively and innovatively
8. Have a “bravery” in chasing people, “Good” confidence level is needed!
9. “People person” but can be “firm” when needed in order to get support & attention from others marketing support tea
10. Proficient in digital marketing “metrics & terms” and data analytic tools e.g. Tableau, Holistic is a plus point
