About the Role

Exciting opportunity for a driven and creative Marketing Executive to join the dynamic team at PT Suri Tani Pemuka (JAPFA GROUP), a leading company in the aquaculture industry. In this full-time role based in Medan, Sumatera Utara, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Promote and sell company products

  2. Build and maintain good relationships with customers

  3. Conduct customer visits and deliver product presentations

  4. Provide technical support and solutions to customers

  5. Analyze market trends to support marketing strategies

  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

  7. Drives and achieves the company’s sales targets

What We’re Looking For

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field with min GPA 3.00

  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or relevant experience, specially on manufacture industry, fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  3. Fluent in Mandarin (Spoken & Written)

  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  6. Willing to work in a mobile/field-based role
