Job Description:

A Marketing Executive specializing in marketing strategies, branding, collateral marketing, content creation, social media, and various marketing projects plays a crucial role in developing and executing effective marketing initiatives.

Their primary responsibilities include:

• Marketing Strategy Development: Researching and analyzing target markets, consumer behavior, and industry trends to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Branding and Positioning: Developing and maintaining a strong brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing materials.
• Collateral Marketing Management: Overseeing the creation, production, and distribution of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and sales kits.
• Content Creation: Writing compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including website copy, blog articles, social media posts, email newsletters, and press releases.
• Social Media Management: Developing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating and publishing content, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media metrics.
• Project Management: Planning, organizing, and coordinating marketing projects, ensuring their successful execution within the specified timelines and budgets.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to gather insights and data for informed decision-making and effective targeting.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, copywriters, sales teams, and external agencies, to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing marketing campaign data, generating reports, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum S1 in business / communication, or other related major.
• Minimum 1 years experience, but Fresh Graduate is welcome to applyRequired Skills : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint, Canva.
• Hard worker and have high motivation to learn, willing to work under pressure.
• Highly Proactive and able to work across division.
• Will be placed in Intramega Global’s sister company : Spectrum Unitec (Jatake, Tangerang)
