We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive with a strong background in the fintech industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, driving customer engagement, and enhancing brand visibility. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing marketing campaigns that align with our company’s objectives and target audience.

What you will do:

• Strategy Implementation: Implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the fintech sector to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand industry trends, and monitor competitor activities.
• Content Creation: Create engaging and persuasive content for various channels including digital, website, social media, email, and print. Ensure content is aligned with the company’s brand voice and messaging.
• Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals.
• Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential clients or partners.
• Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand presence and credibility.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Event Coordination: Organize and manage events, webinars, and industry conferences to promote our products and services and engage with our target audience.
• Merchandising: Manage company’s merchandise stock and production. Negotiate best price from few third party vendors and providing cost benefit analysis and coordinate for smooth execution

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the fintech, banking, financial service industry or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., digital marketing, data analytics) are a plus.
• Skills: Proven ability to create and execute marketing strategies and campaigns. Strong understanding of marketing channels and content marketing (copywriting).
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Creativity: Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas and strategies.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content and presentations.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, analytics tools) and a general understanding of fintech products and services. Hubspot skill is preferred.
• Flexibility: Willing and flexible to travel and join event
